Gaining traction early on, Toast Inc. (TOST), Duolingo Inc. (DUOL), and Ionis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (IONS) all posted gains of at least 7%. However, Doximity Inc. (DOCS) and Upstart Holdings Inc. (UPST) didn’t fare as well, with declines of 27.1% and 16.1% respectively.
